I'm digging seeing all these foreign players sit in the crowd and then walk all the way up to the stage to shake hands. It feels like they are crashing the party or something. "Hey Stern, you didn't invite me, but I'm coming up here anyways!"

Yea that was a great moment probably my favourite NBA draft moment ever other then when every player decided to dress like huggy bear. Lampe was crying during the interview he was so happy

And that pick worked out great. It turned out the teams may have been right to let Lampe slide, although he could still be a success.

he was injured all last year. I think he'll be a solid starter by the time his career is done. Not an all-star though.
