Called lesson one it has good ole Marv giving lessons about free style control on game pad. Pretty nice.

I just saw the video. The game is going to be great. Especially with the commentrary of Marv Albert. It's going to be cool hearing "Yess". The right analog is going to be a good addition to the game.

The freestyle control appears to be a difference maker, we have around a month to wait to check it out. I can't wait!

Marv Albert won't be commenting during the games. He's just there for the tutorial. I think he and Mike Fratello will take over the commentary next year though, which will be really cool if that happens. The video was really nice, hopefully, EA remembered to actually make a good basketball game along with it, or they'll have blown the opportunity to do something special considering it will be used by competitors in the next few years. In any case, I'm still looking forward to playing Live 2003.

Compared to Live's of the past, the game looks pretty good, BUT from the all the videos I downloaded the BLOCKS have to be toned down. My goodness. They had guards blocking shots like Centers. That has to be toned down! The game seemed very very offensive minded, so maybe that is there way of trying to create balance to the game. I'm don't know, but the blocks seemed too excessive.
