It was the first time that Allan played less than 77 games in a season. If that is his reason, I think its a crappy one. Yes, Houston has a HUGE contract, but good lord, he's not a bum. I'd rather have him than Crawford.

You're crazy. Crawford has the potential to be an All-Star. Allan Houston has passed his prime and is just one injury away from being banished to Portland the way all the other players like him were (see Steve Smith/Scottie Pippen/Detlef Schrempf). Jamal has the chance to come in a be a 20+ point scorer and play some PG when Steph needs a break. Thats not something you can say about H20. If Isaiah can land Damp and J-Craw I will hop on the bandwagon, b/c I think a lineup with Steph, Craw/H20, Tim Thomas, KT, and Damp can do some damage out in the East.

You keep knocking the Knicks left and right but last time I checked-

the Raptors did not make the playoffs last year
your franchise player wants out
you had the strangest Top 10 draft pick this year

The Knicks' "garbage" players are being shipped out and we're steadily building through the draft. The Raps "garbage" players are in the starting lineup and chewing up payroll.

Besides I don't trust all the NYC papers...It's always NY(Knicks/Rangers,Yankees) Scrub for other team's star player...

Even with the moves you guys would make(Forget VC he aint going for the players Zeke is offering),you're still a bordeline playoff team...Marbury is great, but has he ever won a playoff series?H20 isn't getting any younger...

And lets actually see if they can make it this season...Minus last year,the Knicks have been just as pitiful as the Raptors...

For the Draft you can say Whatever you want,but we drafted for a need which was Center...Babcock tried to trade down but no deal was made...Instead of overpaying guys like Foyle or Etan Thomas,we got a big bodied,skillful center who will give us toughness and be servicable(hopefully 8/8 numbers)...

Yeah, as pathetic as trading Kenyon Martin for 3 draft picks.

That's why 3rd teams get involved.

Don't be mad because some of your GMs get suckered into bad deals or clutch their wallets and don't want to make things happen. Don't blame the fans, blame the team management.
