Not much has changed, Texas people still think beef makes good Q, while Carolinas people put that god awful vinegar crap on it. Meanwhile, Memphis still has tbe best and I reaffirm that notion every weekend. Plus, the people in Kansas City are still very arrogant about their BBQ.
