case is getting uglier. and now the release info on kobe dna swabb. it had his dna and her dna but no dna from the other guy. She had another mans seman found in her and on her cloths none from kobe. Since kobe had sex with her and she had sex with someone else before him why didnt they find any of that dna on him. It looks like she had sex with someone after her alleged rape

maybe a little off both but you cant sabatoge the evidencee. how come there is no dna from the other guy on the kobe swab. i mean if they can find semen in her panties then it must have been some there when the allege rape happened. so that leads me to believe she had sex after her alleged rape. And if she did I cant believe she was raped. who would want to have sex after being violated all in less than 12 hours

"Anthony is a happily married family man who has never been accused of -- no less involved in -- anything remotely like this, and we are confident that when all the facts come out, he will be completely exonerated," the statement said.

If it didn't, there will always be that question hanging over Kobe.

Not finding the other guy's dna on Kobe basically proves that she had sex with another guy after the alledged rape. I'm sorry, but that's the biggest case of evidence tampering I've ever heard of.

You tamper with the evidence, you lose. Simple as that.

And the real suprise is -- the defense actually gets to show this evidence to the jury.

The trial will go on though. The girl has already been informed that the BIG PAYDAY comes after the criminal trial, win lose or draw.
