Which Non-Playoff Teams Have Had A Good Offseason?

I think the Wizards improved themselves. They got Antawn Jamison, they resigned Etan Thomas who I think is a great hustler, Anthony Peeler and Samaki Walker.

Phoenix also improved alot with the re-aquisition of Steve Nash, getting Q-Rich.

Utah is another. They acquired Boozer and Okur and really just lost the lazy Ostertag.

Hawks have had a very solid offseason.. gives us cellar dwellers some hope for the future.

Toronto retained all of its key players and added Alston. I suppose that makes it a good offseason for them... At the very least, better than last year...

Definitely my boys in Phoenix. Is there going to be a faster and more athletic team in the league? Better teams, sure...but more athletic...nope.

The Bobcats did a good job at not taking any early, big contracts to haunt us for a long. I'd say they did a good job of planning for the future. Hopefully the players we picked up can grow together. I look forward to Gerald Wallace, Melvin Ely and Emeka Okafor to make a good frontcourt.

fast and athletic wont win them a championship, getting big will thats why Utah is definately the offseason winner.

Which is exactly why I said there are better teams in the league. Utah will not win the championship in the next 10 years. They are the Buffalo Bills of the NBA.
