I was listening to the Klay Thompson 3rd quarter on the radio, and the commentator mentioned that Mo Williams also scored 50 in a game this season I didn't even know he was still in the league. Bizarre.

Yeah we talked about it that night in here... just a few weeks ago... dude was taking and making anything and everything he threw up lol

Still thinking about Klay's game last night. The game was tied at 58 when he singlehandedly went on a 39-15 run. The only basket not scored by him in this stretch was a Draymond Green layup, which was created by Klay, of course. Along with the record for most points in a quarter, he recorded the most 3s in a quarter and tied the record for most FGs.

Seems risky for Aldridge to skip surgery and play. Even if he's feeling comfortable with it, you don't really wanna take a chance like that for a regular season game. Portland would likely struggle without him but they won't slip past the four seed as long as they lead that weak division.

Yeah, I'm not sure how I feel about him playing despite the injury. I think Portland can hold it down for 6-8 months and even if they do slip down to the 7-8 spot, when he gets back it won't be impossible for them to climb back up. Would be difficult though.

Yeah he did. This is Aldridges non shooting hand and you can't damage it more in a sense but surgery has to happen.

I don't k ow still once guys start smacking it and a few months from now it could just hinder him a bit

Exum looks so much more comfortable as a starter. Hopefully Trey picks up his game as a sixth-man for us.

Trey and Exum switching spots has been the best thing to happen to either of them. Trey has 15 points in the second quarter and Dante has been great, too

Do you think they could both start at some point? Or does Burke look better suited as a 6th man at this point?

It all depends on how well Exum and Hood develop, honestly. I like Trey off of the bench, it seems to be more of his role, but we still have Burks coming back next season, along with Hood when he returns from his injury.

Going forward, I think we'll have a Exum/Hood/Hayward/Favors/Gobert lineup with Burke, Burks, and Kanter off the bench, of we can hang onto Kanter in the offseason.

I really couldn't understand because our team is built around defense, Klay is the best two way SG in the NBA and Draymond is Draymond...you dont trade that for three point shooting power forward who couldnt defend his own shadow. That is just dumb!

We're in agreement on this subject and to add on its hard to trade a good young 2guard given the lack of depth at the position in the league.

Yeah, I agree with that. Guess it depends on who they draft this year, as well. I like what Utah has going though. A bunch of intriguing young talent along with a guy who has looked like a good NBA coach thus far.
The only piece I can't really figure out is Kanter. At times, he'll look like a beast down low, then he'll look borderline unplayable at others. But if they can keep him around for a reasonable price that'd be a good 3 big combo for them going forward.
