I am enough of a basketball fan to know numbers aren't everything. LOL you're prolly one of those sad kids who were mad cause Melo didn't get to play enough tooo right. And congrats Marbury FINALLY had ONE good game in the olympics!!!!!! Yay him!!!!! With alll that talent on that team he should average 12+ assists a game. Marbury BETTER average 8 assists when he has the ball in his hands EVERY possesion for 40 mins a game. Crap I cpould get 8 assits by ACCIDENT if I had the ball on every possesion.

so if numbers dont mean anything, why pop off that if darko got minutes he'd put up stats comparable or better than sweetney

How'd the Knicks do last year??? Darko has a ring bud. And i was just bringing up that if Darko woulda got some PT he'd have nice numbers too. Sweetny is not bad, he was good at Georgetown and he'll be an average pro, but his potential is limited. And numbers don't do jack WHEN they come at the cost of making your teammates better. A good player gets good numbers. A GREAT player gets good numbers and makes his teammates better, Marbury is NOT the latter choice. And I have the league pass so I watch plenty.

let me just say that NO WAY is alston a better pg than Stephon,you just have some major NY haterism. And we have seen sweetney bulk up and show he wants to work and become a better player, we've seen nothing from darko.

Also I know Indy, Miami, and Detroit are better teams but two are also in the same division so the knicks will get the 3 seed. Boston while they will be improved, they are on a 2 year rebuilding plan and are not going to do much next year. Toronto is a joke.
Carter is their only above average player and he is never going to be the player that leads his team again.
