Still you gotta hand it to milwaukee, this is a better team than the record indicated.

What's the Bucks huge matchup advantage?

Apparently every position with there length. I dont mean matchup advantahe in way of just one or 2 players, so much as the bucks as a team are too long, and too disciplined on defense. Heck look at mcw, who rose has been playing decent d against, he got to the whole at will and finished some tough layups over rose. Bulls arent this long and athletic, not to the degree of the bucks at least.

Yeah but on the other end kyrie cant guard rose, so it cancels out.

I think Shump is going to guard Rose. Or at least he should.

Eating some crow on Brooklyn. Didn't see the game tonight but been surprised by them in the first three and even more surprised this thing is 2-2. Props to them.

They did a fine job of making IT take jumpers (and he hit them), they'll be more than happy to let Rose do the same. IMO Rose is a fairly predictable scorer, though he's shooting better from outside right now than expected the Cavs should gladly let him take 7 threes a night.. Rose goes from really great to really good depending on if his floater is dropping or not. In my opinion.

Not saying Kyrie will shut him down at all but Rose looked flat out awful defensively tonight, and the Bulls aren't covering those mid range shots. That SHOULD play right into Kyrie's strengths, just like San Antonio is playing right into Paul's... Unless Rose keeps shooting 40 something percent from 3 I'm fairly confident Kyrie is going to outplay him. Not necessarily because anything Rose does individually, but because two years in a row now Bulls haven't been able to cover those mid range shots. Can you imagine what those series would look like if Mayo, Dudley, Ersan weren't bricking lots open looks? Nene killed them with it last year, Zaza, of all people, even looked great in that spot tonight, and Rose can't stay in front of anyone.

Though I could be way off, Rose shooting 7 three pointers a night shouldn't be an optimistic approach to anyone who knows his game. He was on a nice little run, 0/7 tonight though, that's the type of streaky I would expect.

If I had to make a pick I still say Bulls in 6, Cavs looked so rough against Boston and losing Love is going to hurt without a doubt, but Kyrie is going to kill them. IMO

Bulls just wasting valuable rest playing soft with no energy. Its like at times they just think they can coast through games off talent. Damn near embarrassing watching this team tonight. Tossing the ball away, uninspired play on both ends of the ball, bad shots galore. Give the Bucks credit, they are playing like they want it more at this point. Last play of first half pretty much summed up the effort. Jared Dudley lined up at the 3 point line and not a single person goes to guard him.

Playing like this we won't have to worry about matchups, Cleveland will handle us regardless.

You know damn well these dudes will be playing at 125% every second against Cleveland man..

I will say it again though, Jimmy looked gassed tonight. Thibs needs to shorten those minutes.. No reason they can't beat the Bucks playing Snell/Mirotic a few more minutes.

It's been their MO all year. Play down to their competition and then get up for the huge matchups. They're looking ahead to Cleveland licking their chops and forgetting that the Bucks are basically doing what the Bulls have done for the last three years. They're being that scrappy bunch that gets after it defensively and makes a better team work for their playoff victories. I think they've gotten their wake up call and they'll finish this thing off on Thursday because they don't want any part of Milwaukee in a game 7.

I'd put $100 on them winning game 6.. But damn if this thing goes 7 I'm riding that Bucks train lol.

No, I know, but I figured a chance to close at home would possibly get them inspired.

D was so bad tonight. Rose couldn't stay in front of his shadow.

Just looked, Butler at about 45 a night, Rose just under 40.. They should be urgent to close this out

Giving up long 2s is part of the bulls defense, same with indy, san antonio, the clips etc. I dont disagree that kyrie will light up the bulls from that range. But i cant really say he'll outplay rose either, i feel theyll be on par with each other for the most part. Irving might have a couple of higher scoring games than rose, but hes going to have to in order to makeup for love and jr being out. I just feel like the cavs lack of defense is gonna kick them in the butt to some degree. Tho there d has been better, i dont feel like it will be up to par for the later playoff rounds.

I miss those Bulls, it seems that now they can score they forgot all about the hard nose D , effort and grind they played with the past couple of years.

I don't know if it's been the injuries, new pieces or the above but they need to find it asap. The two things that were missing those years are their now (Rose & a better offense) and if they blow this chance with an unusual healthy Rose out their that will sting for a long time.

Butler admitted himself earlier this season that, now that they can score, they get caught taking breaks on defense.
