See now we are aware that ONLY degraded sperm from Mr. X was present. NONE of the type from recent sex was present. In my opinion, that doesn't solidify WHEN she had sex with Mr. X... but it sure does open the door for making a case that it was prior to #8.

At some point, many here recognize that there IS sufficent evidence to go to trial.

All the "leaks" to this point have expressed half the story.

People have formed there conclusions off partial information. In asking for justice and guilt NOT be bestowed on #8 many are REAL quick to throw unfair accusations to the motivations of LOTS and LOT's of people from the DA to the law enforcement officers.

There IS evidence that has yet to be presented from the perspective of the prosecution.

Trial has yet to begin. The fact that they STILL have pressed on would indicate that things aren't as "easy to dismiss" as the earlier speculation would have us believe.

But in the end its fine, you think he is innocent. However, your conclusions are not fully informed (since we don't know the evidence in its totality) and your accusations to the character of people you don't know is awefully short sighted.
