How do your guys feel about reviews I'm the final seconds? Basically giving, Cavs a timeout so LeBron could call that last play.

I mean that happens all the time. The review was warranted since they had the time wrong anyways.. But of course it's a big deal because it's LeBron.. Why don't we have this discussion any other time it happens lol.

Same thing happened in Game 6 of the 2013 finals after Ray's huge shot, Pop was super pissed and said "You can't do that!" and JVG made the same point. It's really dumb. Also all that reviewing and they didn't see that foul on Noah?

They should have players stand on the opposite side of the court away from the benches while they review plays. No free timeouts.

Absolutely. LeBron isn't the same guy he was 3-4 years ago, pretty obviously. His team consistently get friendly whistles. Blatt WAS on the court calling timeout. Not sure what I said that could be misconstrued as not being serious.

I agree with your other post about the Bulls blowing a golden opportunity to put a stranglehold on this series, and likely the East. There's no reason this Cavs team with the injuries and a declining, less efficient LeBron, playing straight iso the whole game, should be even in this series. Noah looks awful, yet it seems like he's shooting more than ever. Rose is playing well, but still takes too many silly jumpers. I think they need to get Butler more involved and have a quicker hook on Mirotic. You can't have him go 1-9, with his atrocious defense, if he ain't hittin, get him out. Bulls probably lost the series today.

Lol at declaring this series to be over in favor of either team. It's completely wide open right now.

Honestly I thought that was a pretty bad no call. I know the refs don't like to blow the whistle at the end of the game but Noah knocked LeBron off course of the path he was going. He was airborn, in the restricted area, and not vertical.. It really wasn't even iffy or close IMO, that's a foul.

I wasn't as against the other calls as much as some of the others here, but that was plain as day. If LeBron wouldn't have hit that shot to win it I would have been pretty pissed about the no call.. But it all worked out how it should, that shot was karma for the missed call.

I had a similar assumption .. honestly with Love out, that left a big question mark on who was going to score especially against Chicago's defense.

I mean lets say LeBron and Kyrie both drop 30 each. That's 60 points in total- and apart from those 2, everyone else is too wildly inconsistent and unreliable.

Whereas with the Bulls, you have scoring options in Rose, Jimmy and Pau. And of course they're defense is always going to be there.

I'm not calling it over. I'm just saying Cleveland at least has a good shot now and the Bulls never should have let them get in this position. I can't imagine LeBron to not get it going eventually.. And Kyrie isn't going to keep giving them nothing. Bulls should/could have swept.

How is Lebron getting superstar treatment any different than every other megastar of the NBA for the past 30 years?

We're talking about a guy that once shot more FT's than a whole team in a playoff series. If you really don't think he gets more calls than anyone else, there's no sense going back and forth about it.

They most likely did. Sure, they might still pull it out, but I wouldn't bet on it. Would you?

LeBron is the only player on earth who can play this much under his normal level of play and still give you 26/11/9.. Dude is a freak, no way he's not still the best player on earth.

He's played pretty bad by his standards, and his teammates aren't playing all that great either, yet he's averaging nearly a triple double. He'd be scoring more too if anyone else could handle the ball and let him post.. But they can't afford to let anyone else handle it.
