Re: 11/17 - 11/23 Games Discussion Thread
Because it's not just the fans but also the media. All they cover is a couple of teams in particular a majority of the time and ignore the rest. It gets annoying after a while.
The other problem is the lack of hometown spirit. I'm a lifelong Clippers fan, and it doesn't feel good going to a game at Staples and most of the attendance is rooting for the other team. Especially after decades of losing and now we're finally a contending team. It's a weird dynamic here in LA though, most Laker fans HATE the Clippers so there's no way they'd join Clippers bandwagon but they had no problem hopping on the Warriors train while their team stinks, lol.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.Comment

All these sleeved jerseys are horrible. Celtics were one of the worst ones of all I've seen so far this year alone, but these sleeved jerseys have to go. Luckily for the ones who hate it, Lebron hates it too,and if he hates it, NBA will listen to him.Comment

It's been a couple years since LeBron openly said he didn't like the jerseys.. And it's only gotten worse since then.

Bogut's been pretty bad today. Hasn't been good at the defensive end and the Bulls are able to cover any possible passes when he has the ball at the top of the key. Just checked and he's -16 in a game where they're down 2. Gotta get Festus back in.

Watching players defend, or try to defend, Curry would drive me insane as a coach.
I realize the team is very deep, but you've got to make someone else be the one to beat you. Common sense seems so lacking in a large majority of games I see against GS.. So many of this dudes points come from broken plays and brain lapses from the defending team.
For example, he just missed the last shot he took but the guy guarding him took off running at Klay (while someone else was already running at him) and just left Steph wide open for the pass back and a easy clean look.. That's just moronic to put it simply. It's plays like that, looks like that, that get him going and start these runs.

Russell actually has the most shot attempts for the Lakers in the first half. Maybe Byron will bench him for the whole second half to make sure that it doesn't happen again.Jordan Mychal Lemos

Players always make these kinds of mistakes though. It's simply unreasonable to expect players to play through entire games and make no mistakes at all. The only reason it's so noticeable with Golden State is because they make teams pay for every mistake that they make.

If there was a consistent way to slow down Steph Curry it would've been done by now man, lolLast edited by The 24th Letter; 11-21-2015, 12:49 AM.Comment
