Grizz have been so up and down. Started off ****ty, then had a really good stretch and now back to ****ty.

That's kinda who they've always been though.

Sources: Pelicans interested in acquiring disgruntled Suns forward Markieff Morris
The Suns and Pelicans have had preliminary contact about a potential trade, but Morris’ pending felony aggravated assault charges remain a possible obstacle.

Pelicans GM is a turd. Gave Asik a ton of money this offseason, bad trades overall.

This Jazz team is a bit frustrating. Lose a game, win a game, lose a game, win a game... Just haven't been able to string wins together. Of course it's hard with Gobert (and Exum) injured but we should be beating the Kings/Magics/Blazers of the league.

Most of the teams out west are inconsistent

Ever realized that maybe the Jazz just aren't that good?

They are near dead last in almost every offensive metric and are an atrocious rebounding team.

Couple that with youth/inconsistency and injuries to your best defenders, not sure what else you expect.

FWIW, the Magic are a better team than the Jazz.

Well, the Jazz are 1-4 now without Gobert in the lineup. He's arguably the most important piece to the team. For all of his flaws offensively, there's no denying that he is a game changer on defense.

Indiana is a better team than Orlando, yet the Jazz beat them twice. Some teams just have each others' number, and it certainly didn't help that Gobert was out for both games against Orlando.

I will say that depth is a big issue with the team. The talent drop off after the top 6 or 7 players is huge.

I haven't really commented on the Warriors streak yet, but I predict it ends this Friday in Boston

Mike Stauffer coming in with the Hot Take.

We aren't going to kill the Warriors but we are going to end the streak, like Lesnar we're going to be the one in 23 and 1.

Lol. Making that much out of ending the streak is even worse than people acting like the streak is the equivalent of a title run. No one's going to remember who ends the streak, unless they go on to win the Royal Rumble ...

Although I do think the Celtics will win Friday I was just having fun with the Lesnar and streak thing ...I won't loose sleep either way.
