    kevin garnett

since he won mvp last season in 2003-2004 nba regular season. will he win it in 2004-2005 nba season. the other best power forward in the nba tim duncan won it 2 straight nba season in 2001-2002, 2002-2003 nba season. the difference is that tim duncan in 2002-2003 nba season won the nba championship and finals mvp. can kevin garnett do what tim duncan did this up coming season?

    Re: kevin garnett

Could be. The West is the T-Wolves to take with the Lakers being blown up, the Kings losing Vlade and having an unhappy Peja, the Mavs being the Mavs (i.e. no real plan), the Nuggets being too young, and the Rockets a bit too thin. I guess that leaves out the Spurs, who everyone always sleeps on because they're a bit on the boring side. So...I guess either the T-Wolves or Spurs will be the best in the west, and the T-Wolves have an advantage in that Duncan and Ginobli spent all summer playing ball instead of letting their body relax over a long season. Let's also see if Shaq is motivated as much as we all think he will be...if that's the case, he'll be the MVP for raising the Heat to another level, which means KG can only try for the ring and the finals MVP.

i dont think so. IMO shaq will be only because he will take the heat to the finals and dominate in the east, it will be almost unfair to not give it to him.

You are talking EC Finals...or 'The Finals' ?

Because I still have no idea how anyone thinks Miami makes 'The Finals'.

Shaq...with Kobe and Karl and Payton and PJ and tonnes of role players with rings...

Got handed his *** by Detroit...

And yet Shaq with Wade, who struggled in the Olympics and doesn't appear to have a shot...and just about no one (Eddie Jones)...is somehow expected to beat Detroit?

I am not a Pistons fan...but Detroit will *own* Miami.

All the talent in the world doesnt make a championship.

Look at the Lakers, they failed.
