The notion that Andre Drummond and DeAndre Jordan don't work on free throws is hilarious to me. It's not 2k. You can't just pour gold coins into a stat and watch it increase. Some dudes just can't make them. It's like thinking a baseball player isn't practicing because he never hits .300.

And yet MLB isn't introducing any rules to ensure those guys don't have to bat. Amazing how that works. Or maybe they'll finally give in and start 'fighting back' by eliminating things like intentionally walking that 4th and 5th batter to get to the ****ty guy batting 6th.

So Doc has an empty roster spot now right?.. Tony Wroten, Dorell Wright?

I feel like both teams will be making more moves soon. Houston now has Ariza, Jones, Harrell, Montiejunas, Capela, and Smith who get minutes at the PF spot. And the Clippers just cleared an empty spot.

It's not rewarding them. It's rewarding me. I don't know why people get so caught up in the morals of this one particular rule. No one can say that they enjoy watching it. So folks will literally defend something that they do not enjoy for reasons that... I can't figure out.

I just want to watch basketball when I turn to a basketball game. I'm a consumer. I want to consume the best possible product. If there's a change to make the product better, whoever/whatever benefits/is hurt by this change is just collateral damage.

I understand it's just a handful of players but why not iron out the 3% of your product that's bad. Why sit and act like there's nothing you can do? Why wait until it affects a larger portion of your inventory? Why not be proactive?

We're well aware that it's an aesthetics issue for YOU as you've made that known plenty of times.

But if I'm a Coach, why should I care if it affects YOU if MY strategy is working, especially if it's resulting in giving my team a better chance to win? Which is what ultimately matters?

You always bring up money in this argument as if it's going to hurt the league's bottom line when there's evidence to suggest that it's not and that it hasn't?

Y'all talk about our arguments when ya'lls ain't much better especially when the only thing you can bring up is aesthetics yet it still resulting in my team winning, which is all that matters.

Clippers have traded Josh Smith back to Houston, sources tell Yahoo. Clippers are sending cash to Houston with Josh Smith, covering the balance of his salary. Houston only sending draft rights to Clippers.

But.... I watch sports for the aesthetics. You watch sports for the coaches? I'm a fan and I don't pretend to be anything else. I don't really care about the life of a coach lol. I don't even fault coaches for using the strategy. It's a loophole in the rulebook and they should exploit it. I'm saying the loophole should be closed. The 2 minute rule (which, by the way, is a very arbitrary cut off. It's like the league half addressed the issue) should be applied all game. Intentional fouls away from the ball should be free throws and ball.

They probably will make a change but it just didn't happen right off the bat.

Doc aint improving the clippers. He aint improved this team with his Gm moves. Theyre still 2nd round fodder at best

I watch Sports and I'm a fan because I want to see my teams WIN and don't care how it's done and why would any fan? As long as the team you root for is getting W's, then that should be the only thing that matters. If your team went 82-0 and swept it's way thru the playoffs to a championship but they could only score 50 pts in each of those wins, are you really going to be pissed that they didn't score more points even though they still won the championship?


Hell, we always **** on Teddy Bridgewater checkdown, barely cracking 100yds passing *** on Twitter and you always say "Ya'll can keep your fantasy numbers, my QB is out here winning games" and NOW you want to play the aesthetics card? Math ain't adding up here bruh lol
