When was the last time there were two all time great teams playing in the same conference, or the same season much less?

Same season Lakers and Celtics from multiple years in the 80's.. Same conference, can't recall anything quite like this. 67 sixers and celtics I suppose?

If the Spurs are still getting big games like this from TP and Manu once the playoffs hit its over with.

LA and West look better every game, the vets STILL aren't "too old", Kawhi has been great, it's ridiculous right now.

If your team went 82-0 and swept it's way thru the playoffs to a championship but they could only score 50 pts in each of those wins, are you really going to be pissed that they didn't score more points even though they still won the championship?

Hell, we always **** on Teddy Bridgewater checkdown, barely cracking 100yds passing *** on Twitter and you always say "Ya'll can keep your fantasy numbers, my QB is out here winning games" and NOW you want to play the aesthetics card? Math ain't adding up here bruh lol
Last thing on this because I don't want to hijack.

Huh? I'm lost. If I rooted for a team that went 82-0 and won a title using this strategy, wouldn't that skew my objectivity? Obviously then I'd love the strategy but my opinion would be clearly influenced by the outcome. I don't follow your point.

As a fan of the game of basketball, and no individual team, I don't want to see it. It's a macro issue.

                  I hope not.

It's not a back to back and there haven't been any injuries besides LMA's back spasms that kept him out last night....

                  But who knows with Pop

NBA TV might be the reason he doesn't, lol

I'd be more worried if it was on TNT

I hope everyone plays though, this is probably the first time my boys have been looking forward to getting up and watching a Spurs game ....

Im sure thats the reason LMA is "hurt" and why TD and TP had DNPs recently

What helped is that they just had like 3 or 4 days off but then it went into a back to back

Monday night is my birthday and it's the only present I want. I want to watch this epic match up. Can't wait.

I'll still love Pop if he dnps major players but I'll be mad at him for a year.

I could see Pop resting dudes but it would be a real dumb decision in this case. They should be trying to get home court advantage throughout the playoffs after they lost game 7 on the road last year. Also, whoever gets the 2 seed will likely face okc in the second round. Now okc is a tier below but I think both teams would rather avoid facing them if possible.
