    Re: Jason Kidd for sale

I'm normally against players getting all that money and then sulking...

However...in this case...he is 100% right to be pissed off.

He signed on condition they CHASE A CHAMPIONSHIP.

Ownership changed and the direction changed. He'll waste the last few years of his carrer if he stays...

Please ownership didn't change direction, he had his chances at rings, and due to his HUGE contract they have to cut salary to avoid luxary tax, he killed himself there.

Why should he have to go to practices and sit there? How does that help him or the team? And they've gotten rid of just about every player he liked on the team, they messed up the chemistry of the entire team. It's not like he needs to go to practice anyway.

The Nets cut his paychecks, thats why he should go to practices and sit there, for the money he makes in a year I'd gladly attend a practice.

It helps the team by building a thing called chemistry

He can make new friends, and thats the great thing about chemistry, you can always start over!

What kind of example is his not practicing going to set for the younger NBA players? Allen Iverson is a player who doesn't need to practice, Jason Kidd does, Kidd relies on his great passing, not knowing your NEW teammates timing can throw off your passes, AI doesn't pass so he doesn't need to practice

It's not like he's not going to practice for no reason. He's not going so that he can rehab from his injury which helps the nets more than him sitting on a bench watching people play. Sitting on the sideline does not build team chemistry at all. I guess you've never played a team sport before. Having a injured guy going to practice doesn't help anyone. And if he could learn timing from just watching them play then they wouldn't need practice at all, he could just watch tape of them practicing.
