Yup, Hayward and Hood just had to go cold from three tonight. Gobert spraining his ankle in the 2nd quarter definitely didn't help.

Doesn't make you complete waste either. Hibbert was never a star sure, but he was never just 7'2" of uselessness either. He was worth at least something out there, he stepped up and was a pretty good player for a bit and then just turned into complete trash.

7'2" of uselessness. Describes him perfectly. Nice guy though.

As of this moment, yes. But they still need to win Wednesday against the Kings. They control their destiny at this point.

Yeah. Playoffs seem to be out of reach now. Nobody to blame but ourselves.

Getting tired of the wait until next year approach. Sure, we were without Exum all year, Burks for most of the year, and Gobert and Favors for part of the year, but it's no excuse. Every team deals with injuries.

Just gotta hope that next year one of our young guys aside from Hayward breaks out into a 20+ PPG scorer. Hood looks the part, but he's such a streaky shooter. Who knows what Exum will do next year. Lyles looked really good when he got minutes. He plays really well next to Gobert.

Seems like Favors is becoming the odd man out, which sucks because he's a great player when he's engaged and healthy. Just too inconsistent and sometimes too passive. He can be a top 15 player in the league if he grew some balls.

I'm disappointed but we shouldn't have really been here in the first place. I just don't know if we saw enough growth on the roster from last year. If we beat L.A., we're only looking at a 3-win improvement from last season.

I'm questioning it at this point.

The way this season has gone, Houston will lose to Sacramento and then Kobe will put up 40 because for some reason all of the old guys hang 20+ on us.

Well Utah battled more injuries than HOU this year honestly.

That's just apart of it. They definitely should've put it down on Dallas tonight but that comes down to who wants it more. Usually in the end the better teams win out.
