This is the NHL Stamkos situation all over again lol. So many rumors about where he might go, legitimate reasons why he'd leave, rumors of him going to play for his hometown team even though they missed playoffs. All of that, just to end up staying with the same team, at a deal mentioned several months back.Comment

If i'm the other teams i'd just stay home. I mean, what's the point in going through this sales farce if you know he's staying in Oklahoma?! They should've tried to hide his intentions better than this.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

He met with others to see what they were willing to do for him. And the teams will meet to lay the groundwork for next offseason when there is a better chance he actually leaves.

Even though we're getting treated like the Sacramento Kings over here, it's better that free agents aren't stringing us along and wasting our time. We need to focus on the obtainable 2nd tier FA's. It's the reality of where we are as a Franchise right now.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.
Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.Comment
