re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
It looks like Jaylen Brown is going to wear #7 instead of the #9 that he wore in Summer League. Anyone who saved their Dee Brown jersey from the 90's is in luck.

On another note the NBA store is having a 70% off sale on some of their stuff. You can pick up some sweet old stuff for really cheap. Example Rondo Replica jersey for $12 or Andrew Bynum Philly Shirsey for $5.99. The down side is most of the sizes are XL and up.Last edited by jeremym480; 07-21-2016, 11:10 AM.My 2K17 Boston Celtics MyLeague

Hate when stores do that. They never seem to have your size. I hate buying clothes online at times cause you never truly know how big it is. Many times I go to a store, and their medium and small are literally the same size. On rare occasion it's happened, the smaller size was cheaper for some reason, so I just bought that. Clothes rack digging at its best lol. Sometimes it's like they have good items hidden away in a rack, or kept off the rack, on the customer service area, and I just pick them up and buy it.Comment

Sources: NBA on brink of pulling 2017 All-Star Game out of Charlotte, with New Orleans emerging as a front-runner to host Feb. 19 game.
I don't care if the NBA has an issue with the city about beer, it's foul to punish the team and fans over an issue you don't agree with....
but then again we saw what they did to seattle.Comment

Agree completely. If they wanted to combat the issue, why not work with the city that the ASG was hosted in, that tried to fight against the bill that the state put up that they disagreed with, and make it into a big awareness event? I just don't understand what pulling the event does. Charlotte tried to fight against the bill. The Hornets made renovations to their arena to try to get an ASG and then this happens. I don't know, just sucks that Charlotte is in NC I guess.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

As a resident of Charlotte, this definitely sucks....especially after the work that was put in to the city (at Silvers request) to even put us in the running...
Get the message, but unfortunately the people that will be the most effected by the decision didnt have a hand in anything...Comment
