Has there not been an OS wide ban of Isola articles yet? That guy doesn't know anything, he's proven it repeatedly for years.

Who else could bring us hot takes like "the 73-9 Warriors give Durant a better chance to win than the Knicks do"?Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

Seriously!
There's a 99.9% chance he stays in OKC. People are just making things up.
My friend who is from Boston text me saying, "We've got the pieces to get him. We're like 3rd after OKC and the Heat."
Man, saying Robert Covington is the best player on the 6ers doesn't automatically make him good. LolLast edited by TMagic; 06-21-2016, 10:31 AM.Comment

Don't look at that posted article. Maybe if we ignore Isola's articles for long enough he'll just go away.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

re: 2016 NBA Offseason Thread
There definitely are and I don't understand it lol, Isola gets paid a lot of money to be wrong a lot of the time, it's illogical. And then he gets called NY sportswriter of the year last year, it's terrible.
We've definitely hit the point where I'd trust an OJ or VDusen essay over almost anything I read in the Post, DailyNews, etc. It's interesting how the proliferation of advanced stats has created a generation of fans that really can talk authoritatively on the sports they follow, it's awesome. There was a time when Isola's idiocy was the only way to hear about the Knicks. Im not sure the answer to the click bait guys though because obviously the sites prioritize views. I guess it's like ESPN, the only way to avoid it is to avoid it.Originally posted by G PericoIf I ain't got it, then I gotta take it

I mean, you answered your own question and we've all known it for years - it's about clicks/views/money over anything else. Esp for the NY rags."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Afflalo officially opts out, pleasing Knick fans everywhere.
EDIT: Derrick Williams as well. I imagine he'll be one of the more overpaid guys this summer.Last edited by ehh; 06-21-2016, 02:00 PM."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier
