I know it's one game, and I know it's preseason, but Grant Hill...

is definately NOT lookin like his old self. It's sad too because I like Hill. But look at these numbers, everyone seemed to have a good day except Hill. We gotta take into account he didn't play the minutes these other guys did, but I would bench him too if he couldn't sink a shot and my back-up was doin numbers like Turkoglu. Notice Howard had a huge game too, almost got a double-double.

This is like his 1st real game in 3 or 4 years its pretty impressive he played 16 minutes and could actually walk. He's come along way since i saw him at a duke game having to be helped up to cheer for a number bein retired

even though I wasnt a big G. Hill fan, i have to applaud his desire, so many other guys would of retired by now, not that its a bad thing to do that but you can see Hill is trying at least to earn a cent the orlando magic gave him, it will still go down as a robbery but I admire Grants tenacity, if he gets through this season averaging 5 a game, I will be impressed and give him due respect ..

its sad to see, if not for that injury he would of been one of the greats ....

If he makes it 3/4th of the season, he'll avg more than 5. Id say around 10-13 a game.

First game after coming back from injury hell . . . give him some time. I'm pretty sure that as soon as he gets some games under his belt, he could go 15-5-5.

I'm pretty sure that he could have if he got that injury properly handled when it first got out of hand. 15-5-5 are just ridiculous. I do think he needs to retire for the simple fact that hes holding up a spot that someone with a good body could take and make a better difference on this team. I like Grant Hill but he's like Karl Malone. Sometimes, you need to face the music and hand it over. I'm very surprised with Howard. Those are some nice numbers. Shoot, 2K5 gives him some lower numbers than that. I wonder what he's going to look like when the season starts and what the updates are going to rank him as. Anyone heard anything on Okafor? Not too fond of him, just curious to see if he did better....

yeah, in my first game back from a broken ankle i went 0 for 4 as well, and that injury wasn't nearly as bad.
