For me he was definately a 1st rounder, but ended up as the 1st pick in the 2nd round.
So far, Silas said he was SHOCKED at how hard this kid plays. He stays after practice for hours...Silas said that day one, cousin had NO post moves...but within a month he's iced 2 reliable moves to compliment his hustle. Reports say he runs the floor like a demon.

Coach said that his problem will be foul trouble, and turnovers. He just needs to learn control. I agree with you though, I'd be ecstatic if he just makes 2nd team all-rook. With his effort, wild-*** hair, and his babyface...Varajao is going to be a monster fan fav...they've already dubbed the kid "Wild Thang"

I'm going to say Okafor. Probably the most minutes if he can stay healthy, and he will grab a lot of boards.

J.R. Smith has looked good so far in the pre-season, but then again it's the pre-season. I remember the Carolina faith-ul bashed the hell out of him when he chose to go to the draft, instead of Chapel-Hill but his play so far has silenced the critics some. J.R. Smith will get alot of minutes because he fits into Byron Scotts system and should help with the scoring that Mash once provided for the Hornets.*

                FIGHT ON!

Yep, I read that story on the Plain Dealer. Wild Thing rocks

The TO and foul trouble comes from 3 years now, and he didn't improve it. The problem was that in Barcelona he played sparingly, because they already had more than 4 non-European players. So Varejao was never amongst the first ones picked.

He will have time now to learn the game. And he will learn. You'll be surprised on how fast the kid will learn english and learn the NBA game. IMO he will be the surprise rookie of the season and will have a huge impact on the CAVS after the All-Star break.

Yep, I say Delfino aswell. He just looks like a veteran out there already. Plus, he could get more minutes playing two positions.
