How many guys have torn the same ACL twice and came back without significant regression of their game?

He could end up being one of those Steph Curry bargains in three years.

Feel bad for the guy. I feel bad for the fans who went get to watch him continue to develop (at least not for another 1-2 years).

No way he has that explosiveness he's had this season.

        Tank again????? Lottery again?????????

        From Zach Lowe on Twitter:

Bad news: MRI shows JaBari Parker has torn his ACL again, league sources say. Official update from Bucks expected shortly.

        Fudge.

I don't know what we do. We haven't been any good even with Jabari for the last 15 or so games. Lots of question marks for the Bucks right now.

If I was convinced that Kidd was a good coach, I might lean towards sacrificing some wins for the sake of player development (Thon, specifically) but that might get Kidd off the hook, and he might not be a very good coach. I still don't know...

Damn man, this sucks for Bucks(no pun intended)fans.

I know the feeling of losing one of your best players, while their young, to the same injury twice in their career.

Fortunately, with the medical advancements that's been made over the years, there's still a chance he can comeback early next season and possibly before the season.

I like your optimism, but it's a 12 month injury.

Guess it depends on the player and how hard they rehab. Obviously, it'll be a year before he's back to his normal self but as far as resuming Basketball activities and even running to a lesser extent, I definitely know there's been a few guys(not just in the NBA either)that have resumed that before 12 months.

                    ACL tear, same knee.

I feel for you bucks fans. That's terrible and sad.

Both Lavine and Parker gone for the year to the same injury. That hurts.

Agreed. Middleton was pretty ahead of schedule himself actually so who knows how quickly Jabari comes back.

I guess you really got to be 100% specific when wishing for things.

Sounds like the perfect make up of that backup PG LBJ was asking for.

Then there is the mental aspect. Gonna take him a while to trust that knee again on his drives.
