Re: 2/7 - 2/16 Games Discussion Thread
He could end up being one of those Steph Curry bargains in three years.
Feel bad for the guy. I feel bad for the fans who went get to watch him continue to develop (at least not for another 1-2 years)."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: 2/7 - 2/16 Games Discussion Thread
I don't know what we do. We haven't been any good even with Jabari for the last 15 or so games. Lots of question marks for the Bucks right now.
If I was convinced that Kidd was a good coach, I might lean towards sacrificing some wins for the sake of player development (Thon, specifically) but that might get Kidd off the hook, and he might not be a very good coach. I still don't know...Comment

Damn man, this sucks for Bucks(no pun intended)fans.
I know the feeling of losing one of your best players, while their young, to the same injury twice in their career.
Fortunately, with the medical advancements that's been made over the years, there's still a chance he can comeback early next season and possibly before the season.#RespectTheCultureComment

Guess it depends on the player and how hard they rehab. Obviously, it'll be a year before he's back to his normal self but as far as resuming Basketball activities and even running to a lesser extent, I definitely know there's been a few guys(not just in the NBA either)that have resumed that before 12 months.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: 2/7 - 2/16 Games Discussion Thread
So Cavs got a 6'8 240lbs forward who was a former top 3 draft pick, played for the Knicks, was a 2nd team all American, made NBA all rookie team, has played 0 playoff games past 3 seasons and shoots 44% from the field the past few years?
I guess you really got to be 100% specific when wishing for things.Comment

Then there is the mental aspect. Gonna take him a while to trust that knee again on his drives.Guess it depends on the player and how hard they rehab.
