So Steph and Klay are feeling it again from 3. That's crazy. In 3 years they've had one extended slump. Am I remembering this right?"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

You know what's crazy? That a "slump" for them would be an average or good year for 80% of the other shooters in the league.
Speaking of that, Shea Sherrano(one of the more underrated writers out here)wrote a funny *** article on the types of 3s that Steph shoots while giving descriptions for each one. My favorite:
Name: The “Bitch, you thought” 3
Devastation Score: 100 percent devastating
Description and Example: This is the 3 Steph shoots where he snatches a win from the belly of his opponents. It is, duh, the most devastating of all of the different versions of 3s that he shoots. The best example was that 3 he hit over Tobias Harris to steal a game from the Magic, but actually the best example was that 3 he hit over Anthony Davis in Game 3 of the first round of the 2015 playoffs that tied the game that they eventually stole in overtime, but actually the best example was that 3 he hit over Andre Roberson to steal that game from the Thunder. Steph Curry shoots The “Bitch, you thought” 3 a lot, is what I’m trying to say, even though Steph Curry would also never, ever say, “Bitch, you thought,” either.

The one against the Clippers is the best shot I think I've ever seen. It amazed me at the time and it still does. The control, the ability to go behind the back facing away from the rim, with Chris Paul around, switching to the left hand and in one movement pushing the ball behind the line, starting to turn before meeting the ball and swishing it. It's ridiculous.

Step 1: This should be in the 'bad decisions made by Steph' category.

Step 2: Switch to the left, almost double dribbling but remembering that that's not allowed.

Step 3: Another one for the bad decisions archive.

Step 4: ****.

The Bucks ended March 14-4, the first time since 1971 the team won 14 games in a month. The '71 championship team did it twice.
Thank you, Kris Middleton, Greek Freak, the Prez and all the other players making this happen. Not looking forward to OKC.
Beasley returned last night, too, after 17 games out with hyer-extended knee.Comment

Didn't realize Beas was still out from way back then... that was around the time KD got hurt right? The Bucks ended March 14-4, the first time since 1971 the team won 14 games in a month. The '71 championship team did it twice.

Yeah, you are correct.
I was surprised they held out this long because initially it was suppose to be out for the 6 game road trip out west.
Maybe they thought to be extra cautious working him back in before the playoffs.
Heck, Hensen's sprained wrist is taking a bit longer to heal, too, but there is Spencer Hawes and now Thon eating up minutes. lol.Comment

Damn, I had no idea they were 5th in the East.
I think last time I checked, they were still around 8th-9th.#RespectTheCultureComment
