It was some butt ugly basketball so good on you for missing it.
Anyway I thought DeRozan was okay despite his shooting percentage. He had the right mindset.
Lowry was a different level of bad that I haven't seen from him for a long time (I know he shot poorly last postseason vs the Pacers but at least he was finding ways to do other things). Passing up layups, making dumb passes/shots tonight... awful.
Giannis did his thing.
Brogdon and Monroe were huge. Didn't look like it was their first playoff game at all. Big props to them..Comment

Still don't expect Milwaukee to win the series, but they made me extremely happy for one day at least. That was an A+ team effort right there; even Middleton, who struggled with his shot big time, was making up for it with his passing.
Monroe was huge. Those charges he drew and his rebounding were extremely impactful. I thought the Raptors would murder us on the boards. Hopefully we can keep this energy up moving forwards.
Now I gotta get to one of these Wizards games...I've never had the opportunity to go to an NBA playoff game before.NFL: Bills

Did he really though? If you watched the presser he wasn't mad about it or ridiculing CJ at all. It is questionable for him to say he should take the last shot though, I mean he's right he should be taking it but as a leader it's probably better to just take the high road there.

Raptors are just horrible. Never seen a more inconsistent team in any pro sport for as long of a period(NBA record in general for most straight gm1 losses). 4 years now, still horrible playoff performances. Losing to Cavs in 2nd round is fine, it's expected, but performances like this vs Bucks.......

That 14-2 record the Raps had over the Bucks since the Greek Freak entered the league had no bearing on the Bucks going in this playoff series.
A reporter asked Giannis about the record and he said, really, didn't know that.
Plus, Kidd has it already figured out.

I think the Bucks are the team no one wants to play in the East. They have so much depth when it all shows up. And Giannis is a true superstar that changes the game from every position on the floor.
They can run. They can play slow. They can shoot. Or they can play an inside game. And they can defend all of that too.
To me, only their mindset and commitment can stop them.

This is exactly why I say seedings mean nothing and regular season success means nothing either. This better not turn into another Raptors-Wizards situation. If Raptors lose in 1st or 2nd round, Casey should be gone. If Raptors lose in 1st round, I'd even consider not keeping Lowry. He makes David Price look like a clutch playoff performer.Comment

If they didn't have the quitter on their team, I'd be supporting them all the way thru.
