A team like us has nothing to lose. We did it last year with Allen Crabbe and Tyler Johnson so I'm certain we'll do it again.

Plus, we'd still have about $15-16 Mil in space keft(currently at $34 Mil, which is 3rd in the league)and he'd be a perfect fit in our position less system. No lose situation for us.

Good *** ball movement and a great system. Obviously we don't have anyone of the same caliber like Wall who makes Porter's job easier, but as we've seen over the years, if you have a good system that places an emphasis on ball movement, shots will get created for guys on that alone.

        Gallinari News:
Pending free agents almost always express loyalty to their current team, whether or not they actually plan to re-sign.

That’s what makes Danilo Gallinari‘s comments stand out.

Gallinari, via Premium Sport, as translated by E. Carchia of Sportando:

“Nuggets are not my first choice but they are exactly at the same level of the other teams. Denver’s advantage is that they can offer me a five-year contract while other franchises can offer me a four-year deal. Nuggets are at the same level of the others” Gallinari said.

One way to look at this: If a player stating a desire to return to his team – even if he plans to leave – is the baseline, Gallinari is definitely gone from Denver.

Another: Gallinari is being exceedingly honest, and we should just take his comments at face value.

Who wants MCW? Bulls decline his option making him an unrestricted free agent.

I'd have him in CLE. Better backup option than D-Will.

                  Meh.

Figured I'd give a better explanation other than "We got more money than y'all".

It'd be interesting to see him where he would be a #2/#1 option, but we don't have anybody to fill his shoes yet.

Jazz interested in making a move for Rubio. I approve. Better than paying George Hill nearly $30m a year.

Is it July yet? It's about to go down.

                        Meanwhile in Chicago.....

It appears Dwyane Wade is going to be in the mix of a Chicago Bulls rebuilding project, at least for part of next season. The 35-year-old, who exercised his option with the team despite last week's trade of Jimmy Butler, is also now expected to be a leading buyout candidate down the stretch in 2017-18.Be that as it may, president John Paxson said Tuesday that any buyout of Wade will need to be "advantageous" to the team, according to the Chicago Tribune's K.C. Johnson.Paxson and general manager Gar Forman spoke at a news conference introducing three new Bulls: Butler trade returns Zach LaVine and Kris Dunn, and first-round draft pick Lauri Markkanen.Wade's contract next year is worth $23.8 million, a handsome payday for a declining player who took a series of discounts from his previous team, the Miami Heat. However, it's sensible to wonder how long Wade, who turns 36 in January, will want to be part of a younger lottery team - even one in his hometown. Should no takers be found on the pre-deadline trade market, a buyout from the Bulls would be logical, with LeBron James' Cleveland Cavaliers the most speculated landing spot. With the Bulls going younger, another decision needs to be made on veteran point guard Rajon Rondo. Paxson said Tuesday that will decline the qualifying offer on Michael Carter-Williams, making him a free agent.

                        Look at these dumb asses.

That's where player development and Coach Brooks comes in at, especially with Oubre. It'll be interesting to watch his progression these next 2 seasons, with or without Porter there.

And with your cap situation and Ted's reluctance to be a luxury tax paying team, that's going to be your best bet to finding and developing talent.

Oh yeah definitely. I expect him to make take a big step up this year on the offensive side of the ball.
