    Ok indeed.

Not sure if this was posted but:

If the Indiana Pacers trade away Paul George, they could also let Jeff Teague leave in free agency as they begin a rebuild.

According to a source, Kevin Pritchard is considering using Lance Stephenson as the Pacers' point guard during their rebuild.

Stephenson has lost more than 10 pounds since the end of the season.

The Pacers signed Stephenson to a three-year, $12 million deal in March.

Since leaving the Pacers in 2014, Stephenson has played for the Charlotte Hornets, Los Angeles Clippers, Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans Pelicans and Minnesota Timberwolves.
I dont know if Teague was just a bad fit in Indy or what....but I always liked his game...

Now a report says Lowry doesn't want to come back to Toronto.

The agents must be feeling like the draft is taking all of their current client attention away.

No one wants to be anywhere.

This is the same as with Melo... these are humans. They consider where they want to live and raise their family. I don't get killing a player for saying they want to go home or to any specific place, instead of chasing the highest bidder or the team with the best chance to win a ring on paper.

What does he expect here... for us to just roll out the red carpet for a year and give him a Kobe farewell tour before he bounces to LA while we get nothing back. **** outta here man. This whole situation is a joke and it's pretty ****ty of him to do this on the way out.

Sounds like he's looking out for number one. He doesn't want the team he's going to, to gut itself trying to get him when he wants to go there anyway. It does definitely **** the Pacers over tho. It's like an anti-Melo move

I'm not sure I see the pacers getting a better offer than that. Which is not good for them.

I agree George handled this in an awful way. Bad look.

He doesn't have to tell other teams that though. Why would he care what other teams give up for him if he's going to LA anyway?

Not to mention IMO the whole point of him announcing he's leaving next year is to force us to trade him now. You don't say that and expect or want to be able to play out the last year in Indy. He's delusional as hell if that's what he thought was going to happen. But now he comes out and basically cuts our negotiating legs out from under us with this "I won't resign anywhere no matter what team it is."

Why even even say anything now if he's going to leave? Just don't say ****, play out the year and then leave. That still screws us over but at least dude doesn't look like a prima donna in the process. I would've rather that to have happened than us now being forced to take on Deng and a bag of Fritos for him.

I'd rather have the primadonna ******* that will still get you something in a trade rather than losing for literally NOTHING, next year. Hell you're better off getting something so you can hope to get a chance at a top pick in the lottery instead of scratching you're way to the 8 seed and getting stuck with the 17th pick and no Paul George. Now you'll have let's say the 5th/6th pick and no PG.

Not a good look for the Cavs. Won't be surprised at all to see PG13 and LeBron in Lakers uniforms after next year.

Lowry took to twitter and basically said not to believe everything you hear.

Lowry shot down every part of it. Coincidence that a story like this happens to come out right after the team the media was certain Lowry would go to ended up making a move confirming they aren't going after him?

Don't believe the reporter. Toronto newspaper sports reporters are TMZ wannabes. They drive guys crazy, put them in negative light, make up stuff and have driven guys out of town. Don't get how ownership doesn't ban these guys. They make Broussard and SAS seem intelligent.

It was the same guy that "reported" (if you can really call it that) Ibaka was definitely not going to be traded to the Raptors a week before it actually happened. So, yeah. Basically what you said
