Its probably stupid but i feel like Wall after the game 6 winning 3 felt he would keep hitting his threes in game 7. He averaged 3.5 3PT attempts per game in the regular season and took 8 threes in game 7, unless Wall is wide open or on fire i wouldn't want him taking that many 3's in a game ever

Don't think Wall was gassed...Celtics just played REALLY good defense down the stretch.

Every time the Wizards tried to run PnR, the Celtics trapped the ballhandler(either Wall or Beal)and forced them into a TO or a bad shot.

It's why they never got closer than 4-5 points.

Doesn't take away from how they played tonight though. Boston just made smarter and better plays when it mattered.

no doubt but I am little confused as why the Wizards would've given the Cavs the tougher test like some have said I mean I know it's the playoffs but you still gotta play some players off the bench here and there haha.

It's obvious you can try to do other things if you can't hit a three or risk looking like Kyle Lowry.

Plenty were saying either one would get destroyed but quite a few people were alsk saying the Wiz were the better match up...I guess because of their regular season contests....

What part of 'make plays for others' is confusing you? I specifically addressed that he had other options than taking the bad shots he was taking. What I'm trying to prove? Lol I simply was saying it wasn't quite as simple as you saying he should have been driving like crazy. But whatever they gone now and he didn't do them any favors.

We should know by now that when it comes to Lebron and regular season contests, those go out the window when the playoffs start.

I guess the games would've been close instead of them being blowouts...but that's entering #moralvictory territory, heh.

Wall should have driven more often. But I didn't get the sense he played a terrible game. Shots weren't falling. He still did a beautiful job distributing.

Obviously an average game by his standards, but definitely not awful.
