To all you guys crying about Artest and all that crap.....

My friend plays overseas in Egypt, and he brought up a good point. He was telling me about the times when they played on the road and beat the home teams, fans would throw coins, sometimes heated up with lighters, and whatever else they could get ahold of at the players. Well back to his point, he said that it never crossed his mind about going up in the stands, he'd get into the locker room a.s.a.p., but he thought it was hilarious that Artest blew up over a dixie cup with some beer in it. His point he was trying to make to me is that if Artest had really feared for his life he'd have left the floor as soon as possible, not went up there and started punching guys. So saying he feared for his life is totally stupid, and my friend BTW is 6'11 and 250lbs. Artest is a punk and deserves whatever he gets as do all the players who were involved, he's lucky he still has a job after this. A friggin dixie cup...........
