Jackson also will be paying up.

Jermaine O'Neal...that would be the most difficult case. The fan was on the court, so I hope JO'N pays ZERO.

The dude who threw the first cup AND hit Ron from behind AND has prior convictions is screwed

The two 'rabbit' punches to the head = assault.

Surprised the cup throwing isn't considered serious though?

But Artest didnt even swing at the first guy when he ran in the stands. He just kinda grabbed him. Not sure if that makes a difference or not..

actually i think JO's case sentence would be pretty servere considering he ran over and pulled a fatality move(mortal kombat) on that guy

Imo, if J.O. is held in the same manner that the other two, and if he did not touch one step of the stands, then he should have a case against the NBA. No way should a player be charged for attacking a fan who came onto the floor. That would be a very bad precedent, and I see the player's union fighting that til the end. Those two cousins of Turtle from entourage needed that lesson to motivate them to stay in the stands next time.
