    A RIGHT AND a wrong

a right is when your in stand just watching the game and someone charge at you. you have the right to sew.

When you throw a bottle then hit the guy in the head. Wrong the guy who hit the person with the bottle just commited assult, and with the punches that's battery.

a Right is when your at a President convention Bush attacked you because he thought you hit him. You have the right to sue.

Wrong if a melee starts and you jump on the podeumum hit Bush. you have commit assult.
Now lets like at this if this EVER happen at the Presidenal meeting and all hell broke loose and Bush attack someone, it would be self defense and media would have slient the viewer about the subject.
Let Colin Powell or Barack Obama do this and we will see reganation for them the next day as well as charges vs them, I'm sorry if race plays a issue in this case but it does, and if you say it doen'st your lying.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Anyone has the right to sue for anything..

However, that doesn't mean they will win the case, or even that a court will consider it worthy of their time to try.

I don't agree with your comparisons at all, but I think this topic and the many comparisons that can be incorrectly drawn is starting to get a tad old and stale.

I think you are arguing that the fan has the right to sue if he is attacked without provocation, and I would think this is true. However, the fan Artest initially attacked didn't throw the bottle, so he was attacked for doing nothing.

I don't really understand the presidential comparison, but I do know that if you jumped up and tried to attack Bush you would have more important things to worry about than a lawsuit, such as your life and where the bullet is going to enter from.
