    The NBA's leading scorer is?

Nope not Kobe, LeBron or KJ......it's Dirk thats right gents Mr. Nowitzki leads the NBA at 27.3 ppg. Nellie said he would lead the league in scoring this year and have his best season yet and I guess he saw into the future....

Seriously, I know it's still early but Dirk has been amazing. I don't think he will finish #1 simply because Dallas has other weapons and as the season moves forward I expected Finley to pickup more of the offensive load with Howard, Daniels, Stack and Terry all getting close to double digits.

I know he good, but, him and Lebron need defense 101 badly starting now.

Yeah Kobe's 10 points last night against Golden State knocked his average down a bit but I will take triple doubles over high scoring games anytime.

LeBron has been getting better. AND he's only nineteen years of age so plenty of time for him to mature on the defencive side of the ball.

Dirk lacks the foot speed to be a real good defensive player but hey the guy has improved 100% since his rookie year. Take a quick look at his defensive #'s and you might be pleasantly surprised. He ranks in the top 20 in steals and blocks not to mention top 5 in rebounding. So. he'll bever be a great defender but Larry Bird wasn't either so aslong as you protect him with a big guy like Dallas has this season he'll be fine.

By the way this just end Dirk just dropped another 30 on Utah tonight.

Can't say I'm surprised, Dirk has always been a lights-out shooter and dynamic scorer. The way I see it.. if you're 7 feet tall and can drain threes like no other, you should be leading the league in PPG
