Yes and Yes

The plyer creation is great, nothing missing that I can see

Yes

(4)is there an option to slow the pace of the game speed?
NO!!!

(5)can you conrtol all the teams in a season or Franchise?
I'm not sure but last year you could so I say YES!!

Yes

I would have to say no on that one. Of course you can change those attributes with a created player, but with a regualr player, you can't.

No.

You can't change their shoes, but I think you can change the headband. I think you can move it to none or pick a bunch of different colors. There is also a setting for equipment called automatic. If you trade that player and he wore a red headband, and he goes to the pacers it will become a yellow headband. Kind of nifty.

I wish you could alter appearance.
