So, when the heck is Jermaine Oneal coming back?

It seems like he's been gone for like a whole NBA season the games are passing so slowly. Anyone have any new news on the suspension appeals?

dont know the exact date, but I remember hearing it was against the Magic.

This is from Indianas local paper

There has been some disagreement over whether the suspensions included the Pacers' game against Orlando, when O'Neal, Jackson and Artest sat out before the commissioner made his ruling. I'm told by the Pacers, however, that they did include that game, in which case O'Neal would return for the home game with Orlando on Jan. 15 and Jackson would return for the game at Boston on Jan. 26.

even if they win their appeal, the NBA will appeal that since they dont think think the arbitrator has any jurisdiction in the first place. no way all that would get sorted out before their suspensions are up (JO's and Jackson's). artest is the only one who has any shot at all to get back on the court early.

thats been known for a while. I think that what pisses the Pacers owners off the much. The PA has to really make Artest's case, butt he owners feel like JO got screwed the most

There were a lot of rumors that before the arbitration the owners (simons brothers) were in talks with the commish in order to shorten JO's suspension and the Pacers would not have any further appeals

I never heard what happened with that, but I think at this point both JO and JAx are just appealing to get some of there paychecks back
