Def not hyping them up, I don’t think they beat Boston, Philly, or Indiana in a playoff series even if they are the 1 seed or whatever they finish. I’m just pointing out Lowry is playing great ball 4 games in. Every post I seen online is about Kawhi and Lowry is outplaying him right now.

Whole lead was gone in one quarter. Somehow Giannis is averaging like 27/15/7 this year and I think he's been bad every game.

Middleton and Bledsoe are off to amazing starts this season and I love having Brook and Ilyasova in my life.

3-0 for the first time in almost 15 years.

Remember when the Hawks were the best team in the eastern conference and we'd finally reached the year that they were good enough to get over the LeBron hump and they proceeded to get embarrassingly swept out of the ECF even though a lot of people were saying they were different from the 2000s Hawks? That's the same boat that the Raptors are in. Every time that franchise has been in position to shut up their critics they've crumbled EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This may very well be the team that changes that, but until they actually change it, they're going to get treated the same way.

I'm just going to enjoy the ride this season for the Raptors. Honestly, the fanbase is of the opinion of "this is the longest preseason in the history of preseason". Nothing matters except playoff success. There are lots of encouraging signs and I love that Nick Nurse is playing the matchup game with his lineup. The only sure thing every night is that Lowry and Leonard will start. The rest is dependent on the matchups.

I'm living in Missouri when it comes to this team. They could easily lose in disappointing fashion and make me go all Lewis Black on everyone or I will be pleasantly surprised and jumping for joy.

It's honestly ECF or bust for this team and i'm not talking about losing in 5 games but rather a hard fought 6 or 7 game series. The Finals is the end goal though. EVERYONE that's been asked about expectations have outright said it's NBA Finals or bust. So that kind of mentality in the locker room is a good thing but if they flame out it's meme city.

It's too easy to call them the same 'ol Raptors, but I'm willing to bet on them and say they aren't. DeMar DeRozan is the one who always choked and he was the one who was supposed to be able to carry the scoring load.

You really gonna try and tell me or anyone that trading that proven choke artist for Kawhi f'n Leonard doesn't change their dynamic at all? Lol, I ain't buying that lazy narrative.

Toronto's playoff demons were DeMar choking and LeBron James. Both are gone. Boston is the easy/sexy pick to be EC champs but I'll pump the brakes on 'em. Toronto can hang and I won't be surprised if Toronto represents the EC this year in the Finals.

Hawks are a bad example; just because it's the same franchise doesn't mean it was the same team and the 00s Hawks were nothing like the '15 Hawks. Only 1 year apart, a Dwayne Casey-coached Raptors with the Trash Bros as your two best players (when in reality last year it was just 1 Trash Bro) is not the same team as a Nick Nurse-coached Raptors team with Kawhi Leonard.

So for the travel committee here, what Luka just did is clearly a travel right? Jumps off one foot and lands into a jump stop, (shuffles his feet but we can ignore that) chooses his right foot as his pivot and steps his left foot into the lane, and picks his pivot foot off the ground and jumps into the air with his left foot..

If I understand correctly leaving he ground off one foot and landing on two is already supposed to be consider 3 steps right? Gather step and then your 1-2 land.. this dude just took basically 5 steps in total.

Lakers really about to be 0-3. I played this game on Start Today MyLeague two different times and Spurs shot over 60% both games, thought it was unrealistic. Yet here they are shooting 8/9 to start the game, lol.
