I haven't found it yet either but you can create a pick if you run an offensive play with a pick.

yeah you can't call a pick by itself. it hasn't affected my play though. i just press down on the d-pad and use pick and roll. but i can understand the gripe.

I've seen a pick called by darryl armstrong in one of the OS videos where he hits the three.

Down on the D pad is the only way to get a pick, if you don't want to pick and roll then don't roll. Remember that when you pass if you keep the pass button held down you can move around freely w/o the ball and when you release it the guy you just passed it to will pass it back to you.

There is no button to call for a pick, only a play.

If you press the Dpad down you get the pick and roll.

The man comes over and set the pick. So do what you want from there.

You don't have to roll unless you want to.

You can call picks all over the place this way.

yea after u call a play ur player isnt held in a trance where he has to follow the play completely. Call for a pick and when u get it ....u can do whatever u want after that.....yal should be lucky u even get a pick and roll play to work with and without. I know jazz fans will feel great about it

Just out of curiousity... what do you mean "you don't have to roll if you don't want to?" On a pick and roll, the man who sets the pick "rolls" open and slides to the post, presumably with his defender on his back, so he has "position" while sliding towards the basket (depending on the position on the floor that the pick is set). The man with the ball can do whatever he wants, put if you call a pick and roll, the guy who picked will "roll" to the basket. You can't control that, right? That would be the difference between calling for a pick and a pick and roll. I'm still confused... Can you call for just a pick in Live? I think that's pretty important, and if it's not there, it may keep me from looking at Live seriously.

Can someone confirm this?
