Jerome Kersey could maybe dunk on Shaq when Shaq was about 23 yrs old, but no way he'd dunk on shaq when he was 28 yrs old. It's impossible b/c you have to get THROUGH someone to dunk on them, and when that someone is 350 pounds, it ain't happenin. The only way to dunk on Shaq is if A)he doesn't jump, B) he's UNDER the basket so you don't have to power thru him C) Shaq lets you.
