    Does this work or not???

    2 things... hopefully responses will be from people have used it, but do you believe in this or not, if you haven't tried... I'm looking for both sides... prefferably the people who HAVE tried it:

        also... forgot to include this... what legitimately works ... if the second option doesn't, for any of you who can jump high.... what do you use to jump higher, like 8 to 12 inches?

            Why not check out some plyometric exercises for basketball and other sports. Our plyometric training tips can help you improve your speed and jumping ability whatever your sport.


            I'm not sure how many inches I gained but it sure did increase my vert. Doing these exercises takes time but if your mind is set on it, you'll see the benefits.

                That looks like the way to go. I remember doing most of those exercises during basketball camp back in high school.

                Remember to do the warm-up, stretching, and cool down also listed on that website. VERY IMPORTANT!
