I think it’s moreso that you said 3 Raptors are more bothered about everything going on than other players, which I’m curious as to how you came to that conclusion.

You’re not wrong about the part of things bigger than Basketball.

They were the most vocal ones before the Bucks boycott even happened.

I think the Raptors are the better team, but I do worry a bit about Siakam’s struggles against good teams and today definitely didn’t do anything to help in that regard. I’m sure Toronto will be better in Game 2.

Boston will control most of this series.. their guards match up with ours soo well. I know Boston has no post and rim protection, but honestly we dont either. Gasol is washed at this point and ibaka while still a very good pf, is a jump shooting pf. Siakim hasn't been very good since the beginning of 2020.. Boston matches our defense and has better offense. Not much else to say.
Hopefully we make it a series at least

That's the worst I've seen Toronto's defense look all season. It's tough when 4 positions on the floor can legitimately attack the defense.

I'm looking forward to seeing Nurse's adjustments...

The Boston-Toronto game looked about like what I was expecting when I thought Boston and Philly (if healthy) could be better than Toronto come playoff time just because the top level talent is better. Going to need to see what types of adjustments Nurse can pull out, you can't let Smart get 20 on you.. But Boston really matches up with them well, Smart is really the perfect defender for this series, and I don't expect Siakam to be able to dominate against Boston either. Going to be a tough series for Toronto.

Other than Middleton looking like his usual playoff self, which is about 50% of his regular season self, I thought Milwaukee still looked like the dominant team to beat. Their defense is just too much. They have, if not the best at least the most versatile defender in the league, Bledsoe is locked in on defense, Middleton is still a great defender, and Lopez has really turned into a Marc Gasol like (Grizz years) back line defender for them. Even Wes Mathews though slower from age and injuries still shows all the instincts from back when he was a good defender as well, they are just in sync on that end. G Hill, Pat, Donte are all active on that end, and even Ilyasova being too slow for most guys in today's league still has great instincts and quick hands.

We'll see how Miami plays against them, but it just feels like Milwaukee is just too big and strong for them across the board. Miami is going to need to shoot the lights out, the Bucks give up more threes than anybody, but also have guys who can really get into you on the perimeter, Miami will have to be automatic on kick-outs, skips, etc.

Eric Bledsoe remains questionable to play today. His defense would be a big loss in this matchup if he's hampered. It's a hamstring issue too which isn't great.

Miami I believe was the only team to have a winning record against Milwaukee this season so at least it's not a foregone conclusion that Milwaukee will win the series

Eric Bledsoe remains questionable to play today. His defense would be a big loss in this matchup if he's hampered. It's a hamstring issue too which isn't great.

I don't want to say jinx him. But his form was looking great In the last game. Wonder if he can keep that up.

Excited for this game! Didn't know it was starting today. I really love the double rounds going on.
