Player faces are atrocious in NBA Live

I am by no means a graphics whore but I can say that none of the players look at all like their real life counterparts. The player models themselves are good but this is something EA needs to work on diligently for next year's edition.

FloridaGators... this is what will make the PC version of Live stand out from the console basketball games... The mere simplicity of patching and quantity of people who are more than willing to make patches for Live makes the PC version outstanding =)

I have it. I try and play it but I go back to NBA 2k3.

I am pretty happy with NBA Live as a whole but I never thought that things like player faces and 1 arena would make me not like it and have me yearning for NBA 2k3. Usually I'm 100% about game play(ie I buy High Heat for its sim qualities) but this game is so ugly to me that I may just stick with a rental and not buy it.

I'm happy just watching the damn game and i havent even played it yet. i know that while playing a game one can miss the little things like screens off the ball and cutting and the triangle and all that but while just watching frens play the game great. PC Live and online will be a damn revolution

i may be alone here...but i like the players faces and overall look to the game......yeah the arenas are the same, but the characters are nice....i think the characatures' are a nice touch...i mean c'mon...it is a video game,and a lot of them are recognizeable

i can tell who's who in Live. the faces aren't that bad. basically they are using the NBA Street faces.

I can tell who's who as well,but the faces are horrible IMO,specially in comparison to 2K3's,hell,2K2's faces are better.
