yea serious..now imagine this nets team with the newly revived carter AND jefferson

there will either be mad chemistry problems and they will get angry and beat each other up...or VC will sulk again and suck, or they will be a monsterous team that'll eat everything alive

kidd has also gotten back into form....along with VC

Carter is notorious for going on streaks where he feels like playing. Early last season when the Raps had a new coach he played with great intensity for like 20 games and then basically coasted the rest of the way.

When VC first went to the Nets he still looked rather unmotivated probably sulking about going to the Nets instead of the Knicks. I would bet anything that Kidd cornered him in the dressing room and told him to shape up especially after RJ went down. Someone better tell Kidd to be prepared for a letdown as VC is just too lazy to keep it up. Talent wise he could be a top 5 player but he doesn't have the motivation. Watching how intensely VC played last night just made me laugh because once he gets bored the Nets are in for a big letdown.

Guys who only step it up when they feel like it don't deserve to be allstars.

Yes, he has step up, but as a team they are going nowhere.. they will be at best third in Atlantic... just struggled at home with Iverson-less Philadelphia with Carter and Kidd having their best games of the season.

Did you miss the game where the Nets destroyed the Pistons? As I recall, you guys lost to the Hawks earlier this year. Does that mean they are better than you? Of course not. And Vince Carter did not have his best game against the Sixers.

                        Carter still shouldn't be starting

43 points, 15 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 blocks. Sounds close to being his best game to me.
