Rozier would be best suited for a Jordan Clarkson role where he can come off the bench 25+ minutes a night and just have the green light in an otherwise ball-movement heavy offense. Just a guy who can come in and change the pace of the game, take advantage of some matchups

Although as a starter I think he'd be a decent fit with the Wolves or Raptors if they move on from Lowry. Maybe Sacramento next to Fox in the backcourt

I agree. That Jordan Clarkson role would be the perfect role for him. For him, it's depends on whether he wants to be the man on a bad team or a 6th man on a contender.
