I find it's pretty easy to root for both of these teams. I think I'm going to be happy for whoever comes out of this series with a ring. Feeling just a bit partial to the Suns right now though.

I also appreciate the NBA's effort to kind of dress up the playing surface for the Finals. It's a bummer the Finals logo is only superimposed but I figured from the start that'd be the best we could hope for. And the trophy stanchions were a good thought but the gold just looked like mustard.

I'd still be down with finding a way to bring back the giant center court trophy without compromising the surface.

They could easily do it digitally so those of us watching on TV can see it since they have all those digital sponsor logos on the court.

I like hearing Monty Williams say when he coached CP3 the first time he use to be hardcore about the plays. But now this second time around. He trust CP3 this time around. Because he's seen it all at this point.

Where do the Bucks go forward here? Giannis was decent. Obviously his defense was great. Just not the same. It was kind of scary the Bucks literally did everything expect play zone defense. They attacked Portis and Lopez ruthlessly.

The Bucks need to cut down on the fouls, 26 to 16 FT disparity in favor of the Suns. Mids needs to step up his game and try to draw fouls like Booker does. Jrue didn't shoot well tonight, either.

CP3 and Ayton were beast, no doubt.

No more PJ on CP3 please, I was shocked to see it.

Teams these days switch too easily on picks. Guards used to fight over/through screens. But from what I hear guards were tired of slamming their shoulders into pickers and getting banged up.

Teams these days switch too easily on picks. Guards used to fight over/through screens. But from what I hear guards were tired of slamming their shoulders into pickers and getting banged up.

It's not only that. It takes a tremendous amount of endurance to fight over those picks. Eventually you're get a little tired and get exposed for a wide open lane. That's why switching has become a thing. This all because of the 3 point line. That's why this wasn't a problem back in the day. You could survive going under for 2 point jumpers. Give up that wide open 3 and it hurts way more.

Giannis needs to be more aggressive. Easier said than done. Middleton was ok last night. Jrue was the one feeling it. I don't know what the Bucks are going to do with Portis and Lopez. Because hoping for a difference there sounds like a bad plan.

Even though Bud lost. I have to give him credit for making changes quickly during the game. I know that's a back handed comment. But like 24th said last night. We usually see adjustments from him in game 3 [emoji23]

Bucks might have found something in their small ball lineup with Giannis at the 5, Pat connaughton at 4, Middleton, Tucker and Jrue. Shorten the rotation to Lopez/Portis, Forbes, Teague.

In that fourth when they cut the lead. That lineup above did confuse the Suns for a minute. Then they started picking up Pat... Then their offense slowed down a bit. They put Forbes in for shooting. But he got toasted too.

I think Lopez could play more if they took advantage of him in the post more. That just seems like a pipe dream at this point. One of the problem when the Bucks went small. They had no rim protection.

He had 17 points. It's just the rebounding which has been a career problem really. So is it with keeping him on the floor.

Plus how often do you see illegal screens called? Seems like they've almost gone extinct
