How much do you want to bet GM Kobe pulled of this move so he could get more shot attempts per game?

Not to mention how he went on about this horrible act. First he acts as if he is best friends with Caron, making Caron feel welcomed. Caron thinks that he has a big brother to look up to, and then BAM, Kobe trades him away, completely destroying Caron's faith in any of his friends or himself.

if it goes through, i agree with you haha, the jazz get nutted on this one

but perhaps the jazz want some salary cap relief, and opens up other players for them to be traded?? and they maybe feel that giving boozer the contract he has is a mistake..so they'd rather get a rising star + 2 scrubs with relatively short expiring contracts

He's good at covering his tracks, but i seriously believe Kobe played a role in this trade. We'll see how it works out, its not like Divac or George were doing anything useful anyways, and Boozer can be a banger in the middle. It sounds like a good trade though because Atkins is starting to pick up his scoring, and its not liker Boozer can't score.
