I like Sideline Triangle. I think it's #5 from this set with the 1, 3, 5 at one corner of the court. I can usually toss it in to the big man on the low block, and then take the shot or if the opponent doubles down I can kick it back out to either take the shot or try to get it back to the my post man. WIth icon passing, I can sometimes kick it back out and then rotate the ball around the perimeter and set the play back up with my 1, 2, and 4. Great play if you have a solid big man, and some above average jump shooters.

I vary my plays from team to team but I do use the Sideline Triangle a lot. I'll try and memorize some down the road.

I definitely think EA should develop their practice mode so I can memorize and learn how to run plays effectively. -

Good God, I'm just to the point of mastering freestyle and the 4 default d-pad plays and then I read this post and look at the strategy screen and see 130+ other plays !?!?!
And you're telling me they work, and work well, like the default plays?
Another week of calling in sick, coming right up.
I'm gettin fired for sure.Comment

Alot of those plays work well, some of them the player gets stuck tryna run aroound screens and by the time u get him the ball the shot clocks at 5.
But they are fun to use and work for the most part, just try to 4 plays each half in each set and you might learn the plays in about 10-15 games, then u can set it so that all the plays run in a set and it goes down to your memory.
I prefer the Triangle and Motion Plays the most.http://neverfollow.biz (Independent Music Group)Comment

I like the Box set plays. Most of them have a double screen set near the basket with your 2 or 3 coming out to the top of the circle. If he's a good shooter, pass it to him while he's on the run, he'll catch, and shoot immediately. If he's a slasher, square up and use the jab step moves to attack the basket. Vince Carter is nasty in this set. He'll take one quick first step, a dribble, and BOOM, your're watching the replay for the next 3 minutes!
I'm going to try the inside triangle plays tonight. I used to use those to perfection in Coach K!Comment
