    Re: NBA Draft 2022

That Holmgren breakdown is exactly as I view him. I've never seen a player at his length look as fluid with his movements as him. He even seems more fluid at this age than KD did, and he's longer, and it's such an intriguing mix of skills. Despite how skinny he is I always found him to look aggressive, uses his body, has that high motor and doesn't shy away from contact. All traits that look much more young-Giannis than they do Porzingis for example..

Despite all that he's just so skinny, and that not being an issue up to this point could change playing against grown men. He's a guy who should be a 5 but body wise looks more like he needs to be a 3 for now. With the NBA being small/more position-less than ever that could help but no doubt that teams should be fearful of drafting the next Poku or something anywhere near the top 3. Chet has all the tools to be much better than that, but guys built like him often don't reach that potential. There is a reason not every super long, lanky, thin but fluid guy doesn't end up being Giannis.

Other than all that my general concern would be does he look like he could ever become that true number 1 guy? I'm not sure he's going to blossom into some elite go-to scorer, which is what most teams drafting top 5 hope to land. That said he does seem a step ahead of everybody in terms of letting it come to him, making the right plays, etc.. There is a reason winning follows him everywhere and even without being the dude who maybe scores the most each night you still walk away from the game viewing him as the most impactful.

Smith feels to have more star potential to me and Paolo feels like he has highest floor of the 3.

I still think Chet is number one for me. Especially the overall package. JSmith.... Needs more development to his overall game. Especially dribbling and creating. He's so quick to shoot. I'm sure he will round out those other skills.

          Re: NBA Draft 2022

I’ll be on the road during the draft tonight so might not be active on here, but just putting it out into the universe that the guys I’d be excited about for Milwaukee are Beauchamp, Liddell, Braun, and Dalen Terry (assuming Jalen Williams and TyTy do not fall to us).

The list of picks I would hate is much longer.

Chet is probably the least likely of the top 4 to be a #1 guy on offense but he doesn’t need to be that to be a very valuable player.

He’s settled into the #4 spot on my list though. Paolo is #1 IMO.

Looks like there are rumors he's going to be the number one pick.

                  NBA Draft 2022

How does the league’s own network not have its own live Draft coverage?

Y’all ain’t bout to force me to watch them clowns on the four letter.

My post before about Jabari. He’s was really talking up OKC. I think he’ll be a good fit there.

Orlando I don’t know. They play hard though. Big talent upgrade.

I wonder if Chet slides past Houston [emoji848]

Athletic has their guys doing a live chat. I used that during the NFL draft too.
