11/2 - 11/15 Games Discussion Thread
The target, as always, is 30 wins this season. We started off this well last season and finished with 22 so an improvement on that is needed this year.
But I’m excited. I know JazzMan loved Rubio when he was in Utah and I never really got it. I get it now. Career high last night and he’s just been stellar generally, even with a couple games that really didn’t go well for him scoring the ball and he was still making plays. I don’t remember us having good point guard depth since we had Mo and Delonte West and even then I think DG and Rubio is a better pairing.
We feel a little 2015 Hawks-ish. We won’t win 60 games obviously but there’s no one standout offensive player putting up 25-30. Sexton’s scoring is down by like 10 points but we’re getting more out of the front court and bench and not giving up as many as we did last season.
