Baker's done. He's making no money and won't play beyond next season if he even makes it to next season. Money off the books!
I like Mo Taylor- just not on this team. Not off the bench, not in a Knicks uni, not under contract. Divide up the minutes man. Jerome Williams is better than any player that we got and he's supposed to lose minutes to these fools? Why?

Originally posted by EmpireWFConsidering now that we have (potentially) 4 1st Round picks between the 2005 and 06 drafts, perhaps Isiah is planning on dealing for an established star.
We only have 2 players next year with expiring contracts.
Penny $15M
Tim Thomas $13M
What team making a playoff push in their right mind would deal for either of those 2?
Isaiah needs to lay off the drugs.Comment

Re: Nazr Mohammed to the Spurs!
Love this deal for my Spurs.
Nazr huge improvment over Rasho. Just more athletic, better offense & rebounder & quicker.
Malik is a class act & is a good player. Off the bench he is solid, but contract is a baggage. Reason for his trade out of S.A. is several factors.
1) fell out of favor with coach Pop, the 2 of them clashed often, kind of like that father & son love/hate relationship.
2) huge contract
3)The need to free up cap space to sign future International talent for next season, such as Scola (Argentina) playing in Europe & other Euro talent drafted past yrs, as well as possibly resigning Devin brown, who's been a pleasant surprise off the bench for us & will be a F.A. after this season.Comment
