Don't sleep on Scoot Henderson. Dude has "jump off the screen" athleticism and fire, yet he's not even 19 yet.

Dude is gonna be something if he can develop a jumper and remains healthy.

France? They have had a ton of prospects come from there since Tony Parker, Boris Diaw, etc. broke the mold/shattered that glass ceiling.

Remember, Andrea Bargnani went #1 more than a decade ago and he was more of an unknown than Victor.

And I'm just not handing Luka an "mantle" as the top guy just yet. Giannis, Jokic and Embiid are all under 30 plus all the under 25 guys you mentioned. The league is loaded heading beyond the Curry/Durant/LeBron - era.

I feel for Scoot because the consensus is that he would go 1 in pretty much any other recent draft class

And my comment about where he’s from is more about him being European than specifically French. I mean we’re 6 or 7 years removed from a 7’3 European big man with a 30 foot jumper being drafted and getting booed and laughed out of the building

We are in good hands though, I agree. Giannis is just entering his prime, Jokic too. But I do think in the same way we gave Jordan the 90s, Kobe the 2000s and LeBron the 2010s we’ll be talking about this as Luka’s decade. He’s been a pro for 7 years at this point and will only be 30 at the start of 2030. I can see him hitting his prime early and sustaining it way into his 30s because of how little he relies on his athleticism

No its always gone on. But I'm saying Draymond gonna do that to a Jordan Poole type. He ain't doing that to alot of guys.

Curry and Kerr really need to go up to him and tell him to knock that **** off.

Somebody really just needs to just clock Draymond and Pat Bev types. These dudes annoying af.

Meh, Ja is a superstar and pretty dominant as a PG without a killer jumpshot.

Like I said, watch him play and the kid is oozing with potential. He attacks the rim and finishes in traffic like a NBA veteran and he's only 18! He played against grown men, some 2021 prospects last year and he was only 17 years old.

1. Someone from Warriors’ Security is definitely getting fired for this and I hope TMZ cut them a nice lil check(probably not).

2. Draymond swung at him like he was going for the kill shot(see Shaq/Brad Miller fight)

3. I imagine he’s pretty much gone after this season(not solely because of this but I imagine this will be a factor).

He's the ultimate glue guy, so until the championship window shuts completely they'll keep him around, I think.

Now, the big exception is if Kuminga grows by leaps and bounds. If that happens he could conceivably replace much of what Green does (at least defensively).

His combative nature, personality & over inflated sense of his worth (ie arguing with/disrespecting guys that were obviously better like Pierce & Barkley, arguing with Steve Kerr on the sidelines & being the catalyst for Durant leaving) has to be grating. Still, while they are still winning and in the chase it'll continue to be passed off as "Dray being Dray." [emoji2377]

Ok now that is where I say hold up. You ain't replacing Draymond just like that. 4 time NBA champion because of a little punch. Kuminga isn't replacing Draymond because of this. Draymond has been fighting his whole life. I don't expect less out of him. Was this terrible? **** yeah! Can you get over this as a team. I think so. If anyone is leaving this team it probably would be Poole.

Poole wasn't ready after pushing Draymond. But I'm sorry you push someone like that. I think you better be ready. Teammates or not. I wish we had more context about why they were fighting and what was said. But this seems like nothing to me.

Wasn’t a “little” punch.

Yeah these things happen more often than we hear about. But I’m pretty sure Poole had no idea that he was gonna get stole on.

Regardless of the context, Poole is gonna come out of this looking like the victim.

Someone inside the GS has it out for Draymond to leak this video. Probably been waiting for something like this.

As a lifelong Dubs fan that loves both these guys with rose-colored glasses, this video was tough to watch.

But being from East Oakland I've been in situations like this with men who have been real friends to me for over 40 years. So in one sense it can be overcome, but these guys are a full half generation behind me and a lot has changed. Plus none of my fights were ever on video for the world to see.

Ultimately I need to really know what was said before I can make a sound judgement.

But it's not a good look and I wish Dray had not hit him like that, kinda sucka punch style. But only "kinda" because Poole has to know after you 2-hand shove a man in his chest you need to be ready for anything that can happen next. Get your hands up at least.

The worst thing about all this is the leaked video. Will Poole be able to recover on-court knowing the world is going to look at him like Dray punked him? Will it affect his psyche on the court? Just the whole social media aspect of it sucks man.

I can't think of another current player in the NBA who has a tape of him being punched out there like this.

It’s amazing the difference a video makes, I was bringing this up with the Oscar slap situation. If Will had played it cool, slapped the **** out of him at an after party, all we would’ve heard was “Will Smith and Chris Rock had an altercation” and people would have to fill in the blanks. A video like this comes out and you can’t downplay it the same way. Things can escalate off the dumbest stuff.
